Which door for what

A rough guide, not a rule.

  • Not sure what to buy? WhatsApp — tell us what you'll use it for and your budget, and we'll point you at the right Mac (even if it's a cheaper one).
  • Order or delivery question? WhatsApp or email with your order number and we'll chase it down.
  • Something's not right with your Mac? WhatsApp — a photo or video of what it's doing gets you an answer fastest. The 14 days and 12-month warranty are handled the same way.
  • Invoices, VAT, data requests, anything formal? Email — so we both have it in writing.

Coming in? Send a quick WhatsApp first — even just “on my way, be there in an hour” — and we’ll confirm someone’s free to look after you when you arrive.
