Our products

Refurbished, graded, and described honestly.

  • Everything is professionally refurbished and sold by cosmetic grade — see our grading criteria for what each grade means. Photos and condition notes are part of the description.
  • We refurbish with original Apple displays and original Apple parts; batteries are the one exception and depend on the model.
  • Specs are listed per product — processor, memory, storage, battery health where stated. If something matters to your decision and isn't listed, ask before ordering.
  • Refurbished stock is one-of-a-kind. If we genuinely can't fulfil your order, we'll tell you quickly and refund you in full.

Apple, Mac, MacBook, iMac and macOS are trademarks of Apple Inc. TA1 Renewed Ltd is an independent business and isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Apple.

Orders & payment

Order placed, order confirmed.

  • Your order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we dispatch your Mac. We'll confirm by email at each step.
  • Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT. If we spot an obvious pricing mistake before dispatch, we'll contact you to sort it rather than just cancelling.
  • Payment is handled by our providers (Shopify Payments, Klarna and similar) — we never see or store your card details. Paying with Klarna is subject to Klarna's own terms.
  • Make An Offer: if we agree a price over WhatsApp or email, we'll send a draft order at that price — the same terms apply to it.
Delivery

Next working day, UK only.

MacBooks & laptops go by DPD Next Day (Before 12) — order by around 4pm on a weekday. iMacs go by DHL Express Next Day — order by 1pm and allow a working day of handling. The full details, including weekends and urgent orders, live on our shipping & returns page.

Your Mac becomes your responsibility when it's delivered to you, and yours to own once payment has cleared.

Returns & cancellation

14 days to change your mind.

  • You have 14 days from delivery to return your Mac for a refund — just message us and we'll set it up. MacBook & laptop returns are collected by DPD at no cost to you; iMac return shipping is at your cost (typically £35, insured DHL) and we'll arrange the logistics.
  • Treat it like you would in a shop — set it up, try it out. Keep the original packaging and return it securely boxed; we may reduce the refund if a Mac comes back damaged or showing more than reasonable use.
  • Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of the Mac reaching us.
Warranty

12 months, return to base.

  • Every Mac carries a 12-month return-to-base hardware warranty. If a genuine hardware fault appears, we cover the return, the repair or replacement — everything.
  • Accidental damage isn't covered — drops, cracked screens, liquid. But we're refurbishment specialists: out-of-warranty repairs are offered at the fairest price we can manage.
  • Back up your data before sending any Mac to us. We're careful, but we can't be responsible for data on devices sent in for repair or return.
Your rights

The law's floor, not our ceiling.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, everything we sell must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality (allowing for its stated refurbished grade). If it's faulty, you can reject it for a full refund within 30 days, and for six months after that the law presumes a fault was there from the start unless we show otherwise. Nothing in these terms — including our warranty — reduces those rights.

Liability

Fair limits, plainly stated.

We're a consumer store, and we don't exclude anything the law says can't be excluded — including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Beyond that, we're responsible for foreseeable loss caused by us, up to the price you paid for the product. We're not responsible for business losses, or for delays caused by things genuinely outside our control (we'll always tell you and put them right as fast as we can).

General

The housekeeping.

  • Your data is handled as described in our privacy policy.
  • These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can bring proceedings in your local courts.
  • The version of these terms on the site when you order is the one that applies to that order. If we update them, we'll change the date below.
  • If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.
