Does it come with an Apple Pencil or keyboard?

Not unless the listing says so — each iPad comes with a USB-C charger and cable. Apple Pencil (2nd generation) and the Magic Keyboard are compatible with the 12.9-inch iPad Pro M1 and we can often source them; just ask.
Wi-Fi or Wi-Fi + Cellular?

Wi-Fi models connect through your home, office or phone hotspot. Wi-Fi + Cellular models add a nano-SIM and eSIM slot for mobile data on the move (5G on the iPad Pro M1). Connectivity is a variant on each listing — pick the one you need.
What's the difference between Fair, Good and Excellent?

Purely cosmetic — every iPad is fully tested and works perfectly regardless of grade. Fair has noticeable marks on the back or edges, Good light signs of use, and Excellent is close to new. Screens are clean on all grades; any tiny mark is invisible with the display on.
How's the battery?

Every iPad's battery is tested before listing and must hold a healthy charge for a full day of normal use. If a unit has had a battery replacement or a notably high health reading we say so in the listing.
Will it get iPadOS updates?

Yes — Apple supports iPads for many years. The 12.9-inch iPad Pro M1 (2021) runs the current iPadOS and, with an M-series chip, is one of the longest-supported iPads you can buy second-hand.
What about warranty, returns and delivery?

12-month RTB hardware warranty (excluding accidental damage), 14-day returns and free insured next-working-day UK delivery — or free collection from The TA1 Computer Shop in Taunton.
