Returning a MacBook or laptop

We send you a DPD return label at no cost to you and book a doorstep collection. Hand the Mac to the driver, keep the collection slip they give you, and we deal with everything else.

Returning an iMac

Return shipping is at your cost — typically £35 for an insured DHL return. Get in touch anyway: we'll arrange the collection and handle all the logistics for you.

Please keep the packaging

Hold on to the original box until you're sure you're keeping your Mac. Getting it back to us securely packed is your responsibility — you'll need a sturdy box.

Warranty

Faulty? We handle everything.

Our defect rate is very, very low — we refurbish with original Apple displays and original Apple parts (batteries are the one exception; those are model-specific). If a genuine fault does appear, that's on us.

Covered — 12-month RTB warranty

  • Hardware faults — a Mac that won't turn on, a failed part
  • Repair or replacement — our call, our cost
  • Return shipping for faulty items — we cover it

Not covered — but we'll still help

  • A dropped Mac or a cracked screen
  • A spilled drink — liquid damage counts as accidental

We're Mac refurbishment specialists — out-of-warranty repairs kept as low-cost as we can make them.
