TA1 Mac Store is run by TA1 Renewed Ltd, registered in England & Wales (company no. 13074765, VAT GB460544404). The basics, and only the basics.

• Order & contact details — your name, delivery address, email and phone number: what checkout asks for.
• Payment — handled entirely by our payment providers (Shopify Payments, Klarna and similar). We see that you've paid; we never see or store your full card number.
• Messages — the WhatsApps, emails and store-chat conversations you send us, so support always has context.
• Device & usage data — the basics Shopify records to keep the store working and show us how the site is used (pages visited, device type).

To deliver, and to look after you.

• Getting your order to you — we pass your name, address and phone number to our couriers (DPD for MacBooks & laptops, DHL Express for iMacs) so they can deliver and send you tracking updates.
• Looking after you — answering questions, honouring the 14-day returns and 12-month warranty, and issuing VAT invoices.
• Review invitations — after an order, Trustoo (our reviews app) may email you an invitation to leave a review.
• Legal & security — keeping tax records for HMRC, and Shopify's automated fraud screening on payments.
• Marketing — only if you've opted in, and every email has a one-click unsubscribe.

In legal terms we rely on: performing our contract with you, complying with our legal obligations, our legitimate interest in running a small business well, and your consent where we ask for it.

A short list — each for one job.

We never sell your data. It's shared only with the services that make your order happen:

• Shopifyruns the store — hosting, checkout, analytics
• Shopify Payments & Klarnatake your payment securely
• DPDdelivers MacBooks & laptops
• DHL Expressdelivers iMacs
• Trustoosends review invitations
• WhatsApp (Meta)carries our chat when you message us there

Shopify may store data on infrastructure outside the UK; those transfers are covered by Shopify's standard legal safeguards (including standard contractual clauses).

Minimal, and no ad trackers.

We use essential Shopify cookies (your cart, checkout, staying signed in) and Shopify's own analytics. We don't run third-party advertising pixels on this site. You can clear or block cookies in your browser — just note that checkout needs the essential ones to work.

As long as needed, no longer.

• Order records — 6 years, because UK tax law requires it.
• Support conversations — for as long as they're useful for looking after you.
• Everything else — ask us to delete it and we will, wherever the law allows.

Your data, your call.

UK GDPR gives you the right to:

• Ask for a copy of the information we hold about you
• Have anything inaccurate corrected
• Have your data deleted ("right to be forgotten")
• Restrict or object to how we use it
• Take your data elsewhere in a portable format
• Withdraw consent at any time, where consent is what we rely on

To use any of them, just message us — no forms, no fuss. If you're ever unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk — though we'd appreciate the chance to sort it out first.
