For 99.9% of people, most users will not tell the difference nor notice the difference between the M3 13.6" and the M2 13.6" Macbook Air.

The slight performance benefits over the M2 are not applicable in normal usage and if you are doing any sort of serious photo or video editing then you should be looking at the Macbook Pros instead!

In our opinion considering the cost / performance benefit, the M2 13.6-inch (like the one below) is the better buy, more affordable and identical in looks unless you are looking to connect 2 external displays and/or are purchasing with consideration of performance 5-8yrs down the line.
